David B. Quickel
Age 47, passed away unexpectedly at his home in Canton. Born June 28,1973, Dave was a lifelong resident of the Canton area and a graduate of GlenOak High School.
David had served as kitchen manager at Canton’s Total Living Center. He was proud of the many friends he made there and his part in providing service to his community. He was a great cook and was always curious about what was going on in the kitchen. He enjoyed a good debate, admiring classic cars and watching Hogan’s Heroes reruns.
Dave is survived by son, Tre Quickel, daughter, Raina Quickel, sister, Christine Quickel, mother and stepfather, Tamra and Dan Parcell, his loving aunts, uncles and cousins. He was a beloved family member and friend and will be deeply missed.
David was preceded in death by his father, Barry Quickel, paternal grandparents, Frank Quickel, Bruce and Madeline Lawhun and maternal grandparents, William and Bobbie Halstenberg.
A private memorial and burial will be held at Foxfield Preserve, Wilmot, Ohio.
