Loretta E. Reifsnyder, age 88, passed away Thursday morning in Hennis Care Center in Bolivar where she had resided for nearly 8 years. She was born March 3, 1922 in Canton, daughter to the late Frederick and Hilda (Behringer) Miller. She was a member of Perry Christian Church. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband of 36 years, Donald H. Stanley, second husband of 12 years, Donald T. Reifsnyder and brothers, Fred and Charles Miller. Survivors include her son, Dr. Tom ( Dr. Ann Robinson) Stanley of Little Rock, Arkansas; daughter, Nancy (Jim) Tressel of Navarre; grandchildren, Troy (Carol) Tressel, Tim (Sue) Tressel, Carla (Greg) Ford; great grandchildren, Nick, Tara, Seb Tressel, Lydia, Leah Tressel, Natalie, Zac, Holly Ford; sister, Rita Mardyla of Canton; step-children, Donald (Ann) Reifsnyder of Navarre, Vickie (Jack) Yoho of TN., Wendy (Edloe) Morecock of VA. There are several step grandchildren, step great grandchildren and nieces and nephews also surviving. The family wishes to extend their heartfelt appreciation to the caring staff of Hennis Care Center in Bolivar and Hospice of Tuscarawas County for the loving care they have shown. Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 10:00a.m. in the Reed Funeral Home Canton Chapel. Interment will be in Sunset Hills Burial Park. Calling hours will be held Sunday afternoon from 2-4p.m. in the funeral home.
