Grace E. Shull, age 93, of Canton went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 05, 2008. She was born on December 27, 1914, in Chicago, IL, to the late Frank and Edna Otto. Grace was a 1935 graduate of McKinley High School. She retired from North Canton City Schools in 1981, after serving as the Head Cook for many years. Grace enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoying painting and loved animals. She was a member of Faith Community Church, where she served as the Sunday School Secretary for many years. Grace was also involved with child evangelism through Good News Clubs. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Shull; sister, Blanche Maurer; and brother, Frankie Otto. Grace is survived by two daughters, Barbara Skidmore of Jefferson City, Missouri and Faith Alder of Massillon, Ohio; 3 granddaughters, Lori, Lisa and Hope; 4 great-grandchildren, Mikayla, Justin, Sidney and Doug; two nieces, Gloria (Bob) Hacker and Shirley Tolson, both of Greenville, SC; and nephew, Fred McIntyre of Canton. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, August 8, 2008 at 1pm in the Reed Funeral Home Canton Chapel with Rev. David Harmon officiating. Calling hours will be held two hours prior to the service from 11am-1pm in the funeral home. Burial will be in Eden Church Cemetery.
