Bruce C. Miller age 83 of Navarre, Ohio passed away Monday afternoon in Aultman Hospital following a brief illness. Born in Slaty Fork, WV. on April 11, 1920 he was a former employee of Ford Motor Co. and Metco Fabrication in Harmon, OH. He was a life member of the North Industry Sportsman's Club and a life member of the National Wildlife Federation. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Jane (Whorton) Miller also by four brothers, Clyde, Marion, Harold and Arthur Miller, his sister, Mildred Miller, grandson, Todd Joseph Miller and close friend, Mildred Bruder.
Survivors include four sons and daughters-in-law, Bruce S. and Cheryl Miller of East Sparta, Raymond E. Miller of Spanaway, WA., Mark A. and Cynthia Miller of Dayton, TX. and Donald T. "PeeWee" and Noelle-Audi-Miller of Navarre, OH. His sister, Agatha Miller of Canton. There are five grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 1 p.m. in the Reed Funeral Home with Rev. Raymond Tucker officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Hills Burial Park. Calling hours at the funeral home on Thursday evening 7-9 p.m.
