Dakota Charnock, 17, of Perry Twp, passed away on Sunday, July 8, 2018 at Akron Children's Hospital. She was born in Canton on May 28, 2001 and was a student at Perry High School. Dakota was an avid animal lover and enjoyed arts and crafts. She was a kind and gentle person who had a way of touching many lives. She will always be remembered as a beacon of light to those who knew her and she will be deeply missed. "Be Strong, Be Happy, Be Possitive."
She was preceded in death by her grandfather Dean Beaver Sr.
Dakota leaves her parents, Diane Beaver and George Charnock III; brother Eric Charnock; grandparents, Debra Marks (Jeff Clubbs), and George Charnock Jr.; aunts, Miranda Charnock (Kevin Ingerham) and Karen Beaver (Rob Smitherman); her uncle Dean (Marie) Beaver Jr. and numerous cousins and great friends.
Calling hours will be Sunday from 1-2pm at the Reed Funeral Home Canton Chapel, 705 Raff Rd SW, followed by a memorial service at 2pm at the funeral home. The family asks that all in attendance, please where purple in rememberance of Dakota. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Reed Funeral Home to help the family with expenses.
