Thomas E. Kuster, 90, passed away peacefully May 13, 2018 with family at his side. He was born November 24, 1927. Thomas was a lifelong resident of the area. He was a graduate of Timken High School and a US Veteran.
Thomas was employed by Ohio Bell for 38 years. He loved his family and was a kind and caring man. He enjoyed outdoor activities and spending time with his family. He was known for being a well dressed gentleman always ready to lend a helping hand.
Preceded in death by his wife of 58 years Eleanor Kuster; son, Tim Kuster; grandson, Matthew Kuster; parents, Austin and Virgina Kuster and brother Austin Kuster. Survived by his two sons, Thomas G. (Barbara M.) Kuster, Jeffrey (Mary) Kuster; daughter, Deborah (Michael) Medford; grandchildren, Amy (Chris) Morris, Christa (Ben) Kravetz, , Nicholas and Lindsey Kuster; Pete Sasson; Kelly and Christopher Medford; seven great-grandchildren; two brothers, Ronald (Myrt) Kuster, John (Mary) Kuster and sister-in law Wilda Meiser; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Thomas and Eleanor were members of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Sharon.
Visitation will be on Thursday May 17, 2018 from 11 to 1 PM at Reed Funeral Home 801 Pittsburgh Ave. N.W., North Canton, Ohio. Service will follow at 1 PM with Pastor Tom Fox officiating. Burial at Sunset Hills Burial Park in Canton.
