Harold Austin Ebert, age 83, of North Canton, passed away on November 5, 2017 after a long battle with Parkinson's Disease to be with his Heavenly Father. He was born April 18, 1934 to the late Austin and Mae Ebert of Clarington, Ohio. He was a long-time member and elder of North Canton Church of Christ, where he served in many ways, especially the Benevolence Committee. Helping his family and others was very important to Harold. He served as a veteran for 21 years, as a head cook in the Army- National Guard. Harold was a man of few words, with a beautiful smile, loving everyone, especially his family. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Marjorie Ebert; three children, Joyce (Bruce) Clark, Janice, (Brian) Foltz, and Jeffery (Kristen) Ebert; four grandchildren, Cody Clark, Nathan Clark, Jessica Gaddis, Zachary Ebert; four great grandchildren, Ella, Nora, Gemma and Garrett; siblings, Ruth Baldwin, Betty Datkuliak, Donald Ebert and Vernon Ebert. Memorial service will be held Saturday at 11:30am in North Canton Church of Christ. Visitation one-hour prior.
