Nicolai A Reiman, 24, passed away unexpectedly in his home on Saturday, April 15, 2017. Born in Dolinka, Crimea, Ukraine, Nicolai joined his forever family on August 15, 2000. Nicolai, known by some as Nico, was a 2011 graduate of GlenOak High School where he especially enjoyed woodwork and ceramics. He experimented with a few career options, working first in a metal shop in Canton, later in construction in Maryland, and most recently as a server at a Canton restaurant. Nicolai had dreams of creating pieces of art and music, and spent much of his free time doing just that.
Preceeded in death by his maternal grandfather, Harry C Osborn, Nicolai is survived by his parents, Brock and Tina Reiman of Marion, Indiana; sisters Alexia, of Canton, Ohio and Karina, of Rahway, New Jersey; brothers Derek, of Los Angeles, California, and Mikhail of Marion, Indiana; biological brother Tair of Ukraine; grandparents Stanley and Rebecca Reiman of Marion, Indiana and Mary Lingenfelter, of Erie, PA; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. There will be a memorial service to celebrate Nicolai's life on Thursday, April 20, 2017 at 7:00 pm at Canton First Friends Church 5455 Market Avenue N, Canton, OH 44714.
