Transitions Center

The Transition Center is truly a home that has been converted for use by our Family Support Services for grief support group meetings. There is a comfortable living room with a fireplace, a cozy kitchen and dining area used for workspace. Meeting in a safe home-like environment sometimes provides less anxiety than returning too soon to the funeral home.
